摘要
在乡村振兴发展过程中,各项战略方针在乡村振兴发展以及农村土地流转也得到广泛应用。这就应针对基于乡村振兴战略的农村土地流转法律问题提出可靠的解决措施。本文将从农村经济建设和实际发展角度出发,阐述基于乡村振兴战略的农村土地流转现实意义以及法律问题,并保证实际解决措施和法律条例的规范性,解决乡村振兴战略视角下农村土地流转法律问题,从而彰显基于乡村振兴战略的农村土地流转实际作用。
In the process of rural revitalization and development,various strategic policies have also been widely used in rural revitalization and development and rural land transfer.Therefore,we should put forward reliable solutions to the legal problems of rural land transfer based on the rural revitalization strategy.From the perspective of rural economic construction and actual development,this paper will elaborate the practical significance and legal problems of rural land transfer based on rural revitalization strategy,ensure the standardization of practical solutions and legal regulations,and solve the legal problems of rural land transfer from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,so as to highlight the practical role of rural land transfer based on rural revitalization strategy.
