摘要
目的探讨社会适应训练对精神分裂症患者应对方式及心理弹性的影响。方法选取该院2018年6月至2019年9月收治的精神分裂症患者70例作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取社会适应训练干预,观察并对比两组患者干预后的应对方式、心理弹性与社会支持的变化。结果干预后,观察组患者的应对方式显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者心理弹性有效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者社会支持评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施社会适应训练干预,可有效改善其面向疾病与生活的应对方式,同时提高患者心理弹性能力与社会支持,该训练值得临床推广及运用。
Objective To explore the effect of social adaptation training on coping style and mental resilience of schizophrenics.Methods A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia admitted to this hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by convenience sampling method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given social adaptation training intervention.The changes of coping style,mental resilience and social support were observed and compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the coping style of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effect of mental resilience in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Social support score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The intervention of social adaptation training for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve their coping style for disease and life,and improve their mental resilience and social support,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
