摘要
试验旨在探讨羊口蹄疫与小反刍兽疫疫苗单独与联合免疫对动物保护情况,为缓解动物应激、提高免疫效果提供研究依据。选取2106只昌吉州辖区7个地区的散养羊,采用液相阻断ELISA方法检测口蹄疫O型、A型抗体效价,ID Screen小反刍兽疫病毒抗体检测试剂盒检测小反刍兽疫抗体效价,分析各地区不同年份羊口蹄疫O型、A型和小反刍兽疫免疫抗体效果,比较单独免疫与联合免疫的免疫结果。结果显示,2018、2019、2020年口蹄疫抗体合格率分别为85.65%、93.86%、92.22%;2018、2019、2020年小反刍兽疫抗体合格率分别为76.99%、86.46%、88.59%。研究表明,2019、2020年口蹄疫和小反刍兽疫联合免疫效果保护性好于2018年,联合免疫效果良好,达到预期的免疫效果。
The experiment was to explore the protection of sheep and foot-and-mouth disease and peste des petits ruminants vaccines alone and in combination to provide research evidence for alleviating animal stress and improving immunity.The experiment selected 2106 free-range sheep in seven areas of Changji Prefecture’s jurisdiction.The liquidphase blocking ELISA method was used to detect the antibody titer of foot-and-mouth disease type O and type A,and the ID Screen was used to detect the antibody titer of the peste des petits ruminant virus,analyze the effects of antibodies against foot-and-mouth disease type O,type A and peste des petits ruminants in different years in different regions,and compare the results of individual immunization and combined immunization.The results showed that the qualified rates of FMD antibodies in 2018,2019 and 2020 were 85.65%,93.86%and 92.22%respectively.In 2018,2019 and 2020,the qualified rates of Peste des petits ruminants were 76.99%,86.46%and 88.59%,respectively.The experiment indicates that the protective effect of combined immunization against foot-and-mouth disease and peste des petits ruminants in 2019 and2020 better than that in 2018,and it has a good combined immune effect and achieves the expected immune effect.
