摘要
"切割法"工艺生产磷石膏板材的技术路线,是把磷石膏浇筑成型、石材加工和板材深加工集成创新为一个新型工艺路线,在国内尚属空白。该工艺的优势在于生产效率大大提高,产品扩展丰富,自动化程度高,与常见的"注浆法""脱模法"和"挤出法"等方法相比,"切割法"工艺具有产品多、性能优异、功能先进的特点,对于处置大宗固体废弃物磷石膏、发展装配式墙体和部品化墙体材料,有着十分广阔的前景。
The technical route of“cutting method”process to produce phosphogypsum board is to integrate and innovate phospho-gypsum casting molding,stone processing and board deep processing into a new process line,which is still blank in China.The ad-vantages of this process are that the production efficiency is greatly improved,the product expansion is abundant,and the degree ofautomation is high,excellent performance and advanced functions,it has a very broad prospect for the disposal of bulk solid wastephosphogypsum and the development of prefabricated wall and componentized wall materials.
