摘要
销钉式干挂石材幕墙已经广泛运用于石材幕墙结构体系,由于缺乏相关试验研究和分析工作,其破坏机理尚不明确,国内外对其设计承载力计算方法缺乏理论和试验依据。设计制作了200 mm×200 mm×30 mm的花岗岩石材板试件和直径为5、6、7 mm的高强不锈钢销钉试件。在石材试件平面外方向,对销钉进行单调加载试验,以获得该连接节点的承载力和典型破坏模式。试验结果表明,当采用直径为5 mm的销钉时,销钉首先屈服变形,然后销钉孔周围石材发生脆性开裂破坏,且开裂面呈V形;当直径为6、7 mm时,销钉孔周围石材首先发生开裂破坏,随后销钉发生轻微变形。分析表明,采用5 mm直径销钉时的节点破坏模式较为合理,该模式具有一定的弹塑性,且具备一定的破坏前兆。最后,根据试验结果,对国内外销钉式干挂石材幕墙承载力计算方法进行了对比和讨论,并提出改进意见。
Dowel-pinned anchorage has been widely used in modern granite cladding system. However,current studies on the load-bearing capacity of the dowel-pinned connections are usually not adequate and its fracture mechanism is not yet clear as a result of insufficient experimental studies. Based on Chinese and foreign standards,monotonic static loading tests were carried out to investigate the load-bearing capacity and failure modes of the dowel-pinned cladding anchorage. The specimens are200 × 200 × 30 mm granite panel with holes drilled in the middle of each side for steel pins with three different diameters,i.e.,5-,6-,and 7-mm. Results show that the steel pin with a diameter of5 mm yielded at certain plastic deformation prior to the V-shaped fracture of the granite near the dowel hole. While using the 6-and 7-mm steel pins,the fracture of the granite panel occured first,then only slight bending deformation of the steel pins were observed. Analytical studies demonstrated that the former failure mode is preferable because it is elastoplastic and provide the owner a certain response time before failure. Finally,the load-bearing capacity computation method was evaluated and revised based on the current code provisions and the experimental results.
