摘要
该文依托胡杨河市某水库大坝的工程背景,从工程质量、运营管理、防洪标准、结构、渗流以及金属结构等方面对水库进行安全综合评价。基于从中发现的水库存在的安全隐患及其重要程度,作出对水库大坝进行除险加固的建议,同时提出相应处理措施,以确保水库大坝的安全运营,相关研究结论可为类似工程的安全分析提供借鉴。
Based on a reservoir dam project in Huyanghe City,this paper conducted comprehensive safety assessment of the reservoir from the aspects of engineering quality,operation management,flood control standards,the structure,seepage,the metal structure,etc.,and in view of the potential safety hazards and the importance level of the reservoir,presented the suggestion of risk removal for reinforcement of the dam,with corresponding treatment measures proposed to ensure the safe operation of the dam,which can provide some reference for the safety analysis of similar projects.
