摘要
我国火电机组大部分实行传统的计划检修,造成检修无法涵盖机组存在风险的部位、部分位置重复过度检修,影响机组的运行可靠性并造成检修经费的浪费。对此提出了一种火电机组主要设备全生命周期管理系统,该系统将设备资料动态管理、风险管理和寿命管理三者深度结合,并最终落实到检修策略的优化管理。通过电厂的实际应用,证明该系统可有效指导检修工作,避免计划检修的弊端,提高机组运行的可靠性与经济性。最后对该系统未来发展方向进行了探讨。
Traditional scheduled maintenance is commonly used in thermal power units in China.Some parts of units are over maintained and some parts with risk are not under supervision.According to this situation,we come up with a whole life-cycle management system of main facilities in thermal power units.This system deeply combines dynamic data management,risk management and life management and settle in optimal management of maintenance.Application in a thermal power plant proved that this system can guide maintenance properly,avoiding the shortages of scheduled maintenance and enhanced reliability and economy of operation of units.At last,future developing directions are discussed.
