摘要
采用X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜和动态接触角等方法对比解析了TZ700S、SYT49、HF30S、ZT7H和T700S这5个牌号的T700级碳纤维的表截面理化结构及其对碳纤维的环氧树脂浸润性的影响。结果表明:5种碳纤维的截面形貌均为近圆形,仅ZT7H的表面具有沟槽结构、其余4种均为光洁表面;表面O/C值的大小排序为CF_(SYT49)>CF_(HF30S)>CF_(TZ-700S)>CF_(T700S)>CF_(ZT7H),分布在0.267~0.289之间;在60℃下的E51环氧树脂/酸酐固化剂体系的动态前进角大小为CF_(SYT49)<CF_(HF30S)<CF_(TZ-700S)<CF_(ZT7H)<CF_(T700S),接触角分布在63.51°~66.52°之间,4种国产T700级碳纤维表现出较日本东丽公司T700S碳纤维更小的接触角,树脂的浸润性更优。
The physical and chemical structures of the surface and cross-section of TZ700 S,SYT49,HF30 S,ZT7 H and T700 S carbon fibers whose properties were similar to T700 S,and their effects on the epoxy resin impregnation of carbon fibers were compared and analyzed,through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope and dynamic contact angle.The results showed that,the cross-sectional morphology of the four domestic and one Japanese carbon fibers were all nearly circular,and only the surface of ZT7 H had groove structures.The surface O/C values of the five carbon fibers were CF_(SYT49)>CF_(HF30 S)>CF_(TZ-700 S)>CF_(T700 S)>CF_(ZT7 H),which were distributed between 0.267 and 0.289.The order of the dynamic advancing angles of the five carbon fibers in the E51/anhydride epoxy resin system at 60℃ was CF_(SYT49)<CF_(HF30 S)<CF_(TZ-700 S)<CF_(ZT7 H)<CF_(T700 S),and the contact angles were between 63.51°~66.52°.The four domestic T700 carbon fibers showed a smaller contact angle than the Toray T700 S carbon fiber,and the resin impregnation effect was better.
