摘要
目的探讨微信回访对根管治疗患者完成冠修复的影响。方法选取2020年1—6月在成都市第三人民医院口腔科进行根管治疗的100例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组接受常规医嘱,试验组在对照组基础上进行不同频率的微信回访。根管治疗完成6个月内,比较两组冠修复复诊率及患者满意度情况。结果根管治疗完成后1周,两组复诊率及满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);根管治疗完成2周及1、3、6个月后,试验组复诊率及满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信回访有助于提高根管治疗患者冠修复复诊率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat follow-up on crown restoration after root canal therapy(RCT).Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing RCT in the stomatology department of the Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu from January to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group received routine medical orders,while the experimental group was additionally followed up via WeChat with different frequencies.The rate of patient’s subsequent visit for crown restoration and patient satisfaction within 6 months after the completion of RCT were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the rate of patient′s subsequent visit and patient satisfaction between the two groups at 1 week after the completion of RCT(P<0.05).However,the rate of patient′s subsequent visit and patient satisfaction at 2 weeks,and at 1,3,and 6 months after RCT of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat follow-up helps improve patient compliance,and thus improving the rate of patient satisfaction.
