酸、盐对粘土矿物防膨微观机理研究

摘要 以钠膨润土为研究对象,通过防膨率测定、粒径分析及扫描电镜分析等方法评价了酸、盐、酸盐复配体系的防膨性能,并探究了潜在的防膨微观机理。结果表明,3种体系对粘土矿物均有良好的防膨效果,其中酸盐复配体系的防膨率达到了65.63%;3种体系处理后粘土颗粒均保持较小的平均粒径,粒径大小与防膨率成反比;扫描电镜照片显示,盐溶液处理后粘土颗粒表面致密,酸溶液处理后粘土颗粒表面出现大量孔洞,并形成边缘规整的不连续片状分布,酸盐复配体系处理后粘土颗粒同时表现出以上两种微观特点。 Using sodium bentonite as a research object,we evaluated the anti-swelling performance of acid,salt,and acid-salt compound system by means of anti-swelling rate determination,particle size analysis,and scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis,and explored the potential anti-swelling microscopic mechanism.The results show that the three systems all have good anti-swelling effect on clay minerals,and the anti-swelling rate of the acid-salt compound system can reach 65.63%.The average particle size of clay particles remains small after treatment of the three systems,and the particle size is inversely proportional to the anti-swelling rate.SEM images show that the surface of clay particles treated with salt solution is compact,while the surface of clay particles treated with acid solution is porous and discontinuous with regular edges,and the clay particles treated with acid-salt compound system exhibit the above two microscopic characteristics.
