摘要
智能巡点检管理系统,是基于全面的大数据共享平台(包括生产实时系统数据、监控系统数据和其他信息化系统数据),通过机器人、视频监控、传感器等智能采集终端,实时、自动、快速搜集设备点检数据和影像信息,结合大数据平台获取的大量数据进行数据挖掘和智能化分析,包括故障预测、图像识别、热成像分析等,给出故障超前诊断和预警,实现状态检修,同时根据预警情况提出维修建议和优化指导,形成闭环管理,同时实现三维视频融合可视化监视和指挥,全方位监控设备运行状态,确保设备安全、高效运行。
The intelligent spot inspection management system is based on a comprehensive big data sharing platform(including production real-time system data,monitoring system data and other information system data),and collects equipment spot inspection data and image information in real time,automatically and quickly through intelligent acquisition terminals such as robots,video surveillance and sensors,Combined with a large amount of data obtained by the big data platform,data mining and intelligent analysis are carried out,including fault prediction,image recognition,thermal imaging analysis,etc.advanced fault diagnosis and early warning are given to realize condition based maintenance.At the same time,maintenance suggestions and optimization guidance are formed according to the early warning,closed-loop management is formed,and 3D video fusion,visual monitoring and command are realized.Comprehensively monitor the operation status of the equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
