摘要
目的:了解湖北省农村人群脑卒中防控认知水平及参与健康体检行为的影响因素,为农村地区脑卒中防控工作的开展提供相关理论依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学方法对20名湖北省农村人群进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法分析整理资料。结果:提炼出3个主题,其中脑卒中防控认知不足包括脑卒中危险因素认知不足、脑卒中发作先兆识别不全、脑卒中预防措施认知不足;参与健康体检行为的阻碍因素包括健康认知水平、经济收入、体检便利性、不信任体检机构、不能正确接受病人角色;健康体检行为的促进因素包括惠民政策支持、家庭成员支持。结论:农村人群的脑卒中防控认知水平亟待提高,需加强农村人群参与健康体检的意识并制定相关政策引导其定期参与健康体检,早期发现脑卒中相关危险因素并进行科学预防。
Objective:To understand the influencing factors of cognitive level of rural population in Hubei Province on stroke prevention and control and their participation in health check-ups,and to provide relevant theoretical basis for stroke prevention and control in rural areas.Methods:The phenomenological method of qualitative research was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 20 rural population in Hubei Province,and Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:Three themes were extracted,among which insufficient cognition of stroke prevention and control included insufficient cognition of stroke risk factors,incomplete recognition of precursors of stroke attacks,and insufficient cognition of stroke prevention measures.The hindrance factors of participation in health checkups included health cognition level,economic income,convenience of checkups,distrust of physical examination institutions and inability to correctly accept the role of patients.The promotion factors of participation in check-up included the support of friendly health policies and family members.Conclusion:The cognitive level of rural population in Hubei on stroke prevention and control needs to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the sense of rural population to participate in health checkups,formulate relevant policies to guide them to participate in checkups regularly so as to detect the risk factors related to stroke early and carry out scientific prevention.
