摘要
通过对FANUC系统的研究和机床维护的实践,把数控机床的维护工作通过FANUC PICTURE和PMC功能体现到系统中,为数控机床的维护和保养提供简易有效的处理方案。本文介绍通过现有工具和手段,新增设备伺服电池电量监控与报警功能,提高设备维护效率,降低停机风险的实例。
Through the research of FANUC system and the practice of machine maintenance,the maintenance of CNC machine is reflected in the system through FANUC picture and PMC function,which provides a simple and effective treatment scheme for the maintenance of CNC machine.This paper introduces an example of adding servo battery power monitoring and alarm function through existing tools and means,improving equipment maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime risk.
