摘要
医院医疗垃圾的分类、存储和运输工作至关重要,传统医疗垃圾运输主要依靠人工处理,导致工作人员工作繁重,如采用智能化车辆或设备,可以提升医疗垃圾运输效率。本文主要针对多功能智能小车进行设计和分析,智能垃圾搬运车能够实现自主寻迹、自动避障、自动卸载等功能,最终实现医疗垃圾的自动搬运,实现医疗垃圾与人的无接触,减少感染的可能性,该内容的研究也可以为自动运输机器人、勘探机器人、清洁机器人等自动半自动机器人的设计与普及提供一定的参考价值。
The classification,storage and transportation of hospital medical waste is very important.Traditional medical waste transportation mainly relies on manual treatment,which leads to heavy work for staff.If intelligent vehicles or equipment are used,the efficiency of medical waste transportation can be improved.This paper mainly focuses on the design and analysis of the multifunctional intelligent car.The intelligent garbage truck can realize the functions of autonomous tracking,automatic obstacle avoidance,automatic unloading,etc.,and finally realize the automatic transportation of medical waste,realize the non-contact between medical waste and people,and reduce the possibility of infection.The research of this content can also provide reference for the automatic transportation robot,exploration robot The design and popularization of automatic and semiautomatic robots such as cleaning robots provide a certain reference value.
