L形切口锁定钢板治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨闭合复位跟骨外侧L形切口锁定钢板治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法对42例SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折患者(46足)行闭合复位跟骨外侧L形切口锁定钢板治疗。记录切口并发症情况,测量Gissane角、Böhler角,根据AOFAS踝-后足评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间10~15个月。术后未发生切口延迟愈合、皮瓣边缘坏死并发症。骨折愈合时间12~19周。Gissane角及Böhler角术后、末次随访时均较术前明显改善(P<0.001)。末次随访时,根据AOFAS踝-后足评分评价疗效:优42足,良4足。结论闭合复位跟骨外侧L形切口锁定钢板治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折操作简单,固定可靠,临床效果满意。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and locking plate for Sanders typeⅢcalcaneal fractures via calcaneal lateral L-shaped approach.Methods The 42 cases of type Sanders typeⅢcalcaneal fractures(46 feet)were treated with closed reduction followed by locking plate via calcaneal lateral L-shaped incision.Postoperative complications were recorded,Gissane angles and Böhler angles were measured,the therapeutic effect was assessed with AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score.Results All patients were followed up for 10~15 months.There was no complication such as postoperative incision edge delayed healing,skin flap necrosis.Fractures healed within 12~19 weeks.At the postoperation and last follow-up,Gissane angles and Böhler angles were significantly improved than the preoperation(P<0.001).At the final follow-up,the effect assessed with AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score was excellent in 42 feet,good in 4 feet.Conclusions The closed reduction and calcaneal lateral L-shaped incision are easy operation,reliable fixation in the treatment of Sanders typeⅢcalcaneal fractures,which have satisfactory clinical outcome.
