摘要
文章分析档案叙事服务中主体和客体对数字记忆构建以及知识创新的促进作用,在此基础上构建档案数字叙事服务系统模型,分为档案资源层、叙事创作层、用户服务层、反馈评价层四个部分;提出档案数字叙事服务的实现路径,旨在为数字记忆视角下的档案信息服务创新提供思路,推动社会数字记忆的建设,满足用户身份认同需求,促进档案文化的传承与发展。
This paper analyzes the promotion of subject and object to digital memory construction and knowledge innovation in archival narrative service, and constructs a model of archival digital narrative service system, which is divided into four parts: archival resource layer, narrative creation layer, user service layer and feedback evaluation layer. Then, the paper puts forward the realization path of providing archival digital narrative service, which aims to provide ideas for the innovation of archives information service from the perspective of digital memory, promote the construction of social digital memory, meet the needs of user identity and promote the inheritance and development of archival culture.
