摘要
农业废弃物的回收处置与综合利用在治理农业面源污染、改善农村人居环境、促进农业绿色发展等方面起到了重要的推动作用,是实施乡村振兴战略的必然要求。文章在分析浦东新区农业废弃物产生和处置利用实践基础上,对其中存在的问题进行阐释,并提出对策建议,以进一步促进农业废弃物回收处置与综合利用。
Agricultural waste recycling and comprehensive utilization plays an important role in controlling non-point source pollution,improving rural living environment and promoting the development of green agriculture and the inexorable requirements for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of the production,treatment and utilization of agricultural waste in Pudong New District,the paper explains the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions to further promote the recovery,treatment and comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste.
