摘要
我国肝癌的发病率和病死率仍居高不下。包括手术、消融、放疗、介入、靶向、免疫治疗等有机结合的多学科综合治疗模式能有效改善患者预后,并已获得专家共识。本文将从肝细胞癌的局部治疗、全身治疗和肝胆管细胞癌的综合治疗三个方面系统总结2021年肝癌研究进展。
The morbidity and mortality of liver cancer in China are still high.Multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mode,including surgery,ablation,radiotherapy,intervention,targeting and immunotherapy,can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,which has been recognized by experts.This article will systematically summarize the research progress in 2021 from three aspects:local treatment and systemic treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma,comprehensive treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
