摘要
白酒塑化剂安全问题受到全社会密切关注,是白酒质量控制的重点之一,也是白酒行业需要共同应对的难题。现重点回顾白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯塑化剂研究成果,分别对塑化剂的危害、白酒中塑化剂的检测技术、来源及管控现状等方面进行阐述,并对白酒中塑化剂研究方向提出展望,旨在为白酒行业进一步研究塑化剂安全问题提供参考。
The whole society is concerned by the problem of phthalic acid esters in Baijiu,and related reports emerge one after another.It is one of the key points of Baijiu quality control,and a problem that the industry needs to deal with together.This paper reviews the research progress in phthalic acid esters in Baijiu,elaborates on the harm,the detection technology,the source and the control status of plasticizer in Baijiu,and puts forward the future research direction of plasticizer in Baijiu,so as to provide reference for further and in-depth study on plasticizer in Baijiu.
