摘要
柯亨在批判自由至上主义和罗尔斯平等主义自由主义的分配正义原则的基础上,提出了符合他的正义理念的平等主义的社会主义构想。这种社会主义试图消除一切非个人所能负责的因素对个人前景的影响,推行平等原则和共同体原则。柯亨的构想秉承了社会主义的核心价值理念之一,即平等,这对于我们思考社会主义的可欲性及其应遵循的原则具有启发意义。但根据社会主义实践的经验教训,柯亨的设想带有空想性质并且会带来严重的灾难性后果。罗默提出的市场、充分的福利政策和社会主义风尚三者相结合的方案是对柯亨构想很好的补充,是一个具有现实性和启发性的社会主义建设方案。
On the basis of criticizing the principles of distributive justice of libertarianism and Rawls’ s egalitarian liberalism,G.A.Cohen puts forward his project of egalitarian socialism which accords with his justice idea.This socialism,conceived by Cohen,seeks to eliminate the influence of all factors which are not personally responsible on individual prospects.Cohen’s project adheres to the core value of socialism,that is,equality,which is enlightening for us to think about the desirability of socialism and the principles we should follow.But according to the lessons of socialist practice,Cohen’s vision is utopian and has serious disastrous consequences.The combination of market,full welfare policy and socialist ethos proposed by John E.Roemer is a good supplement to Cohen’s project and a realistic and enlightening socialist construction plan.
