摘要
目的观察放射治疗(放疗)辅助固定装置用于^(99)Tc^(m)-TcO_(4)^(-)/^(99)Tc^(m)-MIBI甲状旁腺减影法显像的价值。方法将33例甲状旁腺功能亢进症(HPT)患者随机分组为辅助组(n=17)和常规组(n=16),分别以放疗辅助固定装置和常规头部托架加以固定,行^(99)Tc^(m)-TcO_(4)^(-)/^(99)Tc^(m)-MIBI SPECT显像;对2组减影处理中的图像位置调整幅度(AMS)进行分级,并比较组间差异。结果减影处理过程中,辅助组AMS分级0级6例、Ⅰ级7例、Ⅱ级4例、Ⅲ级0例,常规组0级2例、Ⅰ级4例、Ⅱ级6例、Ⅲ级4例,组间AMS分级差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论放射治疗辅助固定装置用于甲状旁腺SPECT显像可降低患者移动幅度,有利于改进图像质量和提高定位准确度。
Objective To observe the value of radiotherapy-assistance posture fixing device for ^(99)Tc^(m)-TcO_(4)^(-) and ^(99)Tc^(m)-MIBI parathyroid scintigraphy of subtraction imaging.Methods Totally 33 patients with hyperparathyroidism(HPT)were randomly divided into auxiliary group(n=17)and routine group(n=16).The patients were fixed with radiotherapy-assistance posture fixing device(auxiliary group)or conventional head bracket device(routine group),respectively,and ^(99)Tc^(m)-TcO_(4)^(-)/^(99)Tc^(m)-MIBI SPECT imaging was performed.The image amplitude of motion shift(AMS)during subtraction processing were graded and compared between groups.Results AMS during subtraction in auxiliary group were grade 0 in 6 cases,gradeⅠin 7 cases,gradeⅡin 4 cases,and no gradeⅢwas found.In routine group,AMS during subtraction were grade 0 in 2 cases,gradeⅠin 4 cases,gradeⅡin 6 cases and gradeⅢin 4 cases.There was significant difference of AMS between groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Radiotherapy-assistance posture fixing device was valuable for parathyroid SPECT imaging,which could reduce patients body motion and increase imaging quality and the accuracy of localization.
