生物质成型颗粒圆周表面形貌分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 生物质成型颗粒圆周表面形貌是生物质成型机核心部件——成型模孔与成型颗粒间建立接触力学分形模型,并预测成型模孔摩擦磨损的关键。选用成型模孔直径规格为6、8 mm的环模成型机压缩而成的生物质成型颗粒(3种材料颗粒度1~3 mm、含水率11%)为试验样本,利用粗糙仪采集其圆周表面粗糙形貌数据,测量其直径、密度和硬度,分析其关联性,并通过扫描电镜分析其圆周表面粗糙形貌,结果表明:生物质环模成型机的成型模孔在与成型颗粒接触过程中,产生摩擦磨损,导致成型模孔直径d0增大,压缩后成型颗粒直径d也随之增大;成型颗粒密度ρ和硬度HD随其直径d的增大而下降,成型颗粒算术平均粗糙度Ra值则随直径d的增大而上升;圆周表面粗糙度中心轮廓的最大材料率Mr2值,随成型颗粒直径d的增大总体保持在80%~90%之间。 The analysis of surface morphology of biomass pellet is fundamental to the establishment of fractal model of contact mechanics between forming channel and biomass pellets and further predict of frictional wear of the forming channel.In this study,biomass pellets(three kinds of materials,1~3 mm granularity,11%moisture content)produced from 6 mm and 8 mm diameter of forming channels were considered.The roughness data of its circumferential surface were collected by the roughness instrument,its diameter,density and hardness were measured,and its correlation was analyzed,the rough surface of its circumference was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that,friction and wear occurred during the contact between forming channel and biomass pellets,resulting in the increase of the diameter d0 of the forming channel and the diameter d of the formed biomass pellets after compression.The densityρand hardness HD of biomass pellets both decreased with the increase of diameter d;the arithmetical average deviation of the surface profile(Ra)increased with the diameter d;the maximum material portion of the profile maintained around 80%~90%.
