摘要
对于双母线接线方式,在母联断路器只配置一组电流互感器条件下,如果发生死区故障,传统的母线保护要经过较长延时才能识别并切除死区故障,危害电网稳定性。在现有保护的基础上,提出了一种改进的母线保护判据,通过已跳闸母线各间隔、电流为零及母联电流非零,确定为母联死区故障特征,实现不依赖母联开关位置快速跳CT侧母线。通过对各种工况下不同位置短路的分析以及利用Simulink仿真验证,表明判据兼顾了动作的选择性以及速动性,能有效解决工程实际问题。
For the double bus connection mode,under the condition that the bus tie breaker is only equipped with one set of current transformers,if a dead zone fault occurs,the traditional bus protection will take a long time to identify and remove the dead zone fault,which will endanger the stability of the power grid.On the basis of the existing protection,an improved criterion for busbar protection was proposed.Because the interval and current of the tripped busbar were zero and the bus tie current was non-zero,the fault characteristics of the bus tie dead zone were determined,and the bus tie switch was not dependent on it.The switch quickly jumps to the bus on the CT side.Through the analysis of short circuits in different positions under various working conditions and the use of Simulink simulation verification,it is shown that the criterion takes into account the selectivity and quickness of action,and can effectively solve practical engineering problems.
