摘要
山西晋城旅游公路大型驿站的用地红线在当地某废弃厂房,通过选择该废弃厂房旧址改造项目为设计目的,在尽可能保存遗留内容功能的基础上赋予其新功能。将废弃厂房的室内、外空间改造,以生态观念引导,分割区域设计为总体方法,对废弃厂房的整体功能与空间结构进行多维度的提升改造。创新点在于改造项目所用手法以及材料的应用,最终拟建成景观长廊、水上栈道、草坪道、人行道、休憩亭等多元统一的新型生态人文主题驿站。结果表明:废弃厂房改造需进行区域现状分析与多元维度分析,应用工业遗产改造中生态设计的理念,强调原有功能的最大化利用。
The land use line of a large Courier station on Jincheng tourist road in Shanxi is located in a local abandoned factory building.By selecting the reconstruction project of the former site of the abandoned factory building as the design purpose,new functions are given to it on the basis of preserving the remaining contents and functions as far as possible. The indoor and external space of the abandoned factory building is transformed with the guidance of ecological concept. Segmentation area method for overall design, overall function and spatial structure of abandoned factories multi-dimensional promotion transformation, this article innovation point lies in the technique renovation project and the application of materials, finally proposed built in landscape corridor, water plank road, the lawn, sidewalks. The research results show that the reconstruction of abandoned factory buildings needs to carry out regional status analysis and multi-dimensional analysis, apply the concept of ecological design in the reconstruction of industrial heritage, and emphasize the maximum utilization of original functions.
