摘要
通过采用菏泽市公路事业发展中心材料处自产的CG-1环保型土壤固化剂固化路基土,使之形成稳定的固化土,与石灰土、水泥土作力学性能和路用性能对比试验。结果表明:相同性能下固化剂能够替代大量石灰和部分水泥;且7 d芯样完整、弯沉优于石灰土。将土壤固化剂固化路基土直接作为道路底基层材料,其力学性能和路用性能与水泥土基本相似,并且路基土质固化剂使用性能良好,同时造价低廉,带来了良好的经济效益。
The soil stabilizer produced in Heze was used to solidify the subgrade soil,which then became stabilized gravelly soil.The mechnical properties and road performance of this stabilized gravelly soil were tested and compared with those of cement stablized gravelly soil.The results show that when this type of stablized gravelly soil is directly used in subbase,its mechnical properties and road performance are basically like those of cement stabilized gravelly soil,and even better in some aspects.At the same performance,the environmental-friendly soil stablizer CG-1 can take the place of a large quantity of lime soil and part of cement and its defection value is higher than the lime soil.Besides the low cost,it also has advantage of bringing higher economic profits.
