摘要
对40 m预应力T梁施工工艺流程进行阐述,并对高速公路施工工期较紧、质量要求较高的T梁预制工艺过程控制进行总结。采用液压模板加快模板拆模、合模速度,从而提高模板周转效率,对预制台座进行优化设计是T梁底部止浆的新型处理方式;改进振捣T梁腹板、侧模板的支拆及“马蹄”部分混凝土振捣密实是T梁预制的施工控制难点。
The construction process of 40 m prestressed T beam is elaborated,and the prefabricated process control of T beam with tight highway construction period and high quality requirements is summarized.Using hydraulic formwork to speed up formwork disassembly and closing speed,to improve the formwork turnover efficiency,prefabricated bench optimization design is a new way of T beam bottom grouting stop.Improving the T beam abdomen support and side formwork and"horseshoe"concrete vibration compaction are the construction control difficulties of T beam prefabrication.
