摘要
利用OptiStruct软件对某跨座单轨车头车底架铝合金中空型材断面进行拓扑优化,根据拓扑优化结果得出底架筋板优化方案并验证方案的可行性,最终底架结构质量减少了0.24t,减重率为17.3%,取得了良好的优化效果,为今后轨道车辆底架铝合金中空型材断面的设计和优化提供了参考。
The topology optimization for hollow aluminum alloy profile section of a straddle-type monorail lead unit underframe is carried out by using OptiStruct software. According to the results of topology optimization, the optimization scheme of underframe rib plate is obtained and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.In the end, the weight of the underframe structure was reduced by 0.24 t, and the weight reduction rate was 17.3%.This research has achieved a good optimization effect, which provides a reference for the design and optimization of the section of the aluminum alloy hollow section of the rail vehicle underframe in the future.
