摘要
为提高铁路钢轨表面质量,在轧制钢轨中开展应用润滑剂研究。设计轧制润滑装置,开展油基润滑剂和纳米水基润滑剂对比试验。通过试验确定润滑剂品种和轧制润滑工艺。对比试验结果表明,轧制钢轨时,采用纳米水基润滑剂可以降低能耗、减轻轧辊表面氧化铁皮粘着、减少轧辊消耗、提高钢轨表面质量。
In order to improve the surface quality of rail,the application of lubricant in rolled rail is studied.The rolling lubrication device is designed and the comparative test of oil-based lubricant and nano-water-based lubricant are carried out.The lubricant variety and rolling lubrication process are determined by test.The comparative test results show that the use of nano-water-based lubricant during rail rolling can reduce energy consumption,reduce iron oxide scale adhesion on roll surface,reduce roll consumption and improve rail surface quality.
