多重交联聚合物溶胶在中高渗砾岩油藏的适用性

APPLICABILITY OF MULTI CROSSLINKED POLYMER SOL IN MEDIUM HIGH PERMEABILITY CONGLOMERATE RESERVOIR

摘要 基于砾岩油藏窜流通道特征和现场所用聚合物凝胶稳定性差、封堵有效期短等难题,开发了一种兼具优异的水质适应性和干粉溶解性的多重交联溶胶体系。结果表明:该溶胶体系的功能组分均为性质稳定且速溶性好的固态干粉,其成胶时间可控(24~72 h)、成胶前动态黏度低(146.1 mPa·s)、成胶后黏度高(6000~18000 mPa·s)和黏弹性可调(1~35 Pa),并以低场核磁可视化技术为表征手段,证明了该体系与中高渗砾岩油藏的窜流通道具有良好的适配性;应用该体系在中高渗砾岩储层的典型水窜井开展现场试验,平均压力增幅为3.1 MPa,含水率降低24.2%,增油987 t,有效期大于24个月,增油降水效果明显,在砾岩油藏调剖堵水中具有良好的适用性和深度液流反转作用。 Based on the channel characteristics of conglomerate reservoirs,the poor stability of the polymer gel used on oilfield site and the short plugging period,a multi-crosslinked sol system with excellent water quality adaptability and dry powder solubility was developed.The research results show that the functional components of the sol system are all solid dried powders with stable properties and good instant dissolution.The gel forming time is controllable(2472 h),and the dynamic viscosity before gelation is low(146.1 mPa·s).Viscosity after gelation is high(600018000 mPa·s)and the viscoelasticity is adjustable(135 Pa).The low-field nuclear magnetic visualization technology is used as a characterization method,which proves that the system has good compatibility with the channels of medium-high permeability conglomerate reservoirs.Application of this system in typical waterchanneling wells of medium and high permeability conglomerate reservoirs was carry out field tests.The average pressure increase is 3.1 MPa,the water cut is reduced by 24.2%,the oil is increased by 987 t,and the validity period is more than 24 months.The precipitation effect is obvious,and it has good applicability and deep liquid flow reversal effect in the profile control and plugging water of conglomerate reservoirs.
