金属粘接用溶剂型封闭聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备及性能 被引量:1

Preparation and properties of solvent-based blocked polyurethane adhesive for metal bonding

摘要 采用二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯(MDI)和聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)合成了一系列的聚氨酯预聚物。以丁酮肟作为封闭剂,以异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)和4,4’-二氨基二环己基甲烷(PACM)为扩链剂,以甲苯和乙酸乙酯混合溶液作为溶剂,制备了溶剂型封闭聚氨酯胶粘剂。对聚氨酯的合成、封闭和解封以及封闭聚氨酯固化前后的热稳定性进行了研究,讨论了预聚物NCO含量、扩链剂、扩链系数对胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度的影响。研究结果表明:溶剂型封闭聚氨酯胶粘剂在160℃下可以完成解封和扩链反应,PACM作为扩链剂的聚氨酯胶粘剂热稳定性更好。当w(NCO)=4.8%(相对于总质量而言)时,以IPDA作为扩链剂,扩链系数为0.6,湿固化7 d时,胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度最大为4.07 MPa。 A series of polyurethane prepolymers were synthesized by using diphenylmethane-4,4’-diisocyanate(MDI)and poly(1,4-butylene adipate)(PBA).Solvent-based blocked polyurethane adhesive was prepared by using butanone oxime as blocking agent,isophorone diamine(IPDA)and 4,4′-diaminodicyclohexyl methane(PACM)as chain extenders,and mixed solution of toluene and ethyl acetate as solvent.The synthesis,blocking and unsealing of polyurethane as well as the thermal stability of blocked polyurethane before and after curing were studied.The effects of prepolymer NCO content,chain extender and chain extension coefficient on the tensile shear strength of adhesive were discussed.The research results showed that solvent-based blocked polyurethane adhesive could complete the unsealing and chain extension reaction at 160℃,and the polyurethane adhesive with PACM as chain extender had better thermal stability.When w(NCO)=4.8%(relative to the total mass),IPDA was used as chain extender,the chain extension coefficient was 0.6,and the wet curing was 7 days,the maximum tensile shear strength of adhesive was 4.07 MPa.
