摘要
PLA-PHBV共混纤维不仅具有良好的生物可降解性,而且具有优良的抗菌性,采用PLA-PHBV共混纤维与棉混纺纱,在36针/25.4 mm的双面针织大圆机上开发一款新型生物可降解弹力抗菌针织面料。通过对设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等编织工艺参数,以及前处理、染色、定形等后整理工艺的阐述,为PLA-PHBV混纤混纺纱弹力针织面料的开发提供参考。并对面料基本理化指标和抗菌性能进行测试,结果表明,各项指标均达到国标要求的服用性能,具有良好的抗菌功能性,为PLA-PHBV共混纤维在服饰领域的开发应用提供了参考。
PLA-PHBV blended fiber not only has good biodegradability, but also has excellent antibacterial properties. Using PLA-PHBV blended fiber and cotton blended yarn, it is developed on 36 G double-sided circular knitting machine. A new type of biodegradable stretch antibacterial knitted fabric. Through the description of equipment parameters, knitting needle arrangement, triangle arrangement, threading method and other knitting process parameters,as well as pre-treatment, dyeing, setting and other finishing processes, it provides reference for the development of PLA-PHBV blended yarn elastic knitted fabric. The basic physical and chemical indicators and antibacterial properties of the fabric have been tested. The results show that all indicators have reached the wearing performance required by the national standard and have good antibacterial functionality.
