摘要
目的:探讨青萝卜肉质根膨大期萝卜营养生长主要农艺性状与塑料大棚中光照密强度、空气温度、土壤温度和相对湿度4个环境因子的相关关系。方法:采用完全随机设计,对大棚青萝卜肉质根膨大期部分营养生长指标和对应大棚环境因子进行回归和相关分析。结果:在青萝卜肉质根膨大期,大棚内光照强度、空气温度、土壤温度和相对湿度日变化范围分别为0~22000 lx、9~24℃、14~19℃和58%~96%;日平均值分别为10693 lx、18.6℃、16.5℃和73.8%;空气积温为930.0℃,土壤积温为819.2℃;株高、叶长、叶宽、叶片数、地上肉质根长和地上肉质根宽分别达66.1 cm、58.3 cm、21.9 cm、15.9个、12.2 cm和73.4 cm;株高、叶长和地上肉质根宽生长模型符合逆函数,叶片数生长符合S曲线,地上肉质根长符合二次曲线和三次曲线。在试验期内,除叶宽外,其余指标与积温存在极显著回归关系;随平均光照强度的降低和平均相对湿度的增加,营养生长的增长量逐渐降低。结论:塑料大棚环境因子对青萝卜肉质根膨大期主要营养生长指标影响显著,能满足肉质根膨大需要。试验为萝卜大棚"两高一优"栽培和此青萝卜材料在凤阳地区的推广种植提供了理论参考。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the main agronomic traits of radish vegetative growth and four environmental factors light intensity,air temperature,soil temperature and relative humidity in plastic greenhouses during fleshy root expansion of green radish.Methods:Regression and correlation analysis of some vegetative growth indexes and environmental factors of green radish in greenhouses during fleshy root expansion period were carried out using a completely random design.Results:The diurnal variations of light intensity,air temperature,soil temperature and relative humidity in the greenhouse were 0-22000 lx,9-24℃,14-19℃and 58%-96%,respectively.The daily mean values were 10693 lx,18.6℃,16.5℃and 73.8%,respectively.The accumulated air temperature was 930.0℃,and the soil temperature was 819.2℃.Plant height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf number,above ground fleshy root length and width were 66.1 cm,58.3 cm,21.9 cm,15.9,12.2 cm and 73.4 cm,respectively.The growth models of plant height,leaf length and above ground fleshy root width conform to the inverse function,the growth of leaf number conforms to the S curve,and the above ground fleshy root length conforms to the quadratic curve and cubic curve.During the test period,except leaf width,the other indexes had a very significant regression relationship with accumulated temperature.With the decrease of average light intensity and the increase of average relative humidity,the increase of vegetative growth decreased gradually.Conclusion:The environmental factors of plastic greenhouses had significant effects on the main vegetative growth indexes of green radish fleshy roots during the expansion period,which could meet the needs of fleshy roots expansion.The experiment provided a theoretical reference for the cultivation of radish greenhouses.
