摘要
目的:探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合宫腔镜电切术对子宫内膜息肉(EMP)患者术后血清性激素水平及子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法:92例EMP患者,依治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用宫腔镜电切术治疗,观察组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合宫腔镜电切术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清性激素水平、炎性因子水平、子宫内膜厚度、月经量。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率93.48%高于对照组71.74%(P<0.05);观察组雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);炎性因子白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);子宫内膜厚度、月经量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合宫腔镜电切术可有效调节EMP患者的性激素、抑制炎性因子,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the effects of deoxygestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy on postoperative serum sex hormone levels and endometrial thickness in patients with endometrial polyp(EMP). Methods: 92 patients with EMP were divided into the control group and observation group according to different treatment regimens, with 46 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group were treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy, while the observation group were treated with deoxygestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy. Then, the clinical efficacy, serum sex hormone levels, inflammatory factor levels, endometrial thickness and menstrual volume were compared between patients in both groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.48%, higher in observation group compared with 71.74% in control group(P<0.05);E2 and FSH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);while levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group(P< 0.05);and the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Deoxygestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy can effectively regulate the level of serum sex hormones and inflammatory factors, inhibit inflammatory factors and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with EMP.
