摘要
作为城市新兴群体的少数民族流动人口,其城市融入过程伴随人力资本、经济资本和社会资本的建构与支撑,实践方式呈现"个体—组织—圈层"的互动与拓展。研究发现,在城市融入过程中,少数民族流动人口个体经历了外来务工者、城市建设者和新的社会阶层的身份转变;组织形式经历了家庭核心化、行业特色化和社团多样化的逻辑转变;圈层关系践行了信任资本从疏离到聚合、规范资本从失序到均衡、网络资本从单一到拓展的整合逻辑。在美好生活需求和群体资本建构的双重推力下,少数民族流动人口城市融入程度显著提升,并为打造具有示范意义的共同富裕先行样本提供实证参照。
As an emerging urban group,the process of urban integration of minority floating population is accompanied by the construction and support of human capital,economic capital and social capital,and the way of practice shows the interaction and expansion of individual organization circle. It is found that in the process of urban integration,the individual ethnic floating population has experienced the identity transformation of migrant workers as city builders and new social classes;their organizational form has experienced the logical transformation of family core,industry characteristics and community diversification;the organizational form has experienced the logical transformation of family core,industry characteristics and community diversification;the circle relations practice the integration logic:Trust capital changes from alienation to convergence,normative capital changes from disorder to equilibrium,and network capital changes from singleness to expansion. Driven by the demand for a better life and the construction of group capital,the urban integration degree of ethnic floating population has been significantly improved,and also provides an empirical reference for building a demonstrative sample of common prosperity.
