摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)是目前无机元素分析中不可替代的基础设备,将其纳入实验教学内容是时代发展的要求。本实验课采用"线上线下"混合教学模式,将理论教学和实践教学有机结合,主要从ICP-MS概述、无机元素分析实验设计、仪器的使用及样品测定和仪器关键部位的维护4个方面内容展开教学,不断探索ICP-MS教学模式和教学内容,以期提高实验教学质量,使学生在基础技能知识、科研素养和创新意识得到综合提高。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) is an irreplaceable basic equipment in inorganic element analysis. Adopting the "online and offline" mixed teaching mode, which combines theoretical teaching and practical teaching, to implement four contents: ICP-MS overview, experimental design of inorganic element analysis, use of instrument, sample determination and maintenance of key parts of the instrument. The teaching mode and content is constantly explored to improve the quality of ICP-MS experimental teaching, and comprehensively improve students’ basic skills and knowledge, scientific research literacy and innovation consciousness.
