摘要
以EPC模式为切入点,围绕该模式及装配建筑展开了讨论,介绍了什么是装配式建筑;分析了基于EPC模式建设装配式建筑的优势,例如,可控制建设成本、缩短建设工期等;详细说明了装配式建筑行业对EPC模式的应用现状,指出制约,EPC模式优势充分发挥的原因,主要有缺少系统组织管理、人才储备稍显不足等;结合问题成因,分别提出了相应的解决对策,包括持续提高管理水平、加大人才培养力度等。
Based on EPC,this paper discusses this model and assembly building.It introduces what assembly building is.It analyzes the advantages of assembly building based on EPC mode,such as controlling the construction cost and shortening the construction period.The application status of EPC mode in assembly and construction industry is explained in detail,and the reasons that restrict the full play of EPC advantages are mainly lack of systematic organization and management,slight shortage of talent reserve,etc..Finally,according to the causes of the problems,the corresponding solutions are put forward,including continuously improving the management level and strengthening the personnel training,etc..
