摘要
通过分析电力工程施工中进度控制与安全管理的重要性,详细探讨目前电力工程在施工进度控制及安全管理中存在的问题,结合管理现状中的不足,提出在电力工程施工中加强进度控制的策略和优化安全管理的路径,为相关施工单位提供一定的参考。
This article analyzes the importance of schedule control and safety management in power engineering construction,discusses in detail the current schedule control and safety management problems inpower engineering construction,and combined with the deficiencies in the current management situation,it puts forward the strategy of strengthening progress control and the path of optimizing safety management in power engineering construction,so as to provide a certain reference for the relevant construction units.
