摘要
对2010—2020近十年CNKI中研究“大学生就业能力”的相关文献进行梳理和分析发现,国内学界对大学生就业能力的研究不断深化,其内涵、构成要素和影响因素不断丰富和发展,评价体系向精细化和多元化延伸,聚焦在特定群体、具体学科和局部区域的研究不断涌现,研究视角逐步拓宽。同时,量化研究居多,质性研究有待深入,且呈现出对国家政策与社会现实问题反应敏锐的鲜明特点。未来的研究既要重视群体差异,围绕高校人才分类培养和评价体系进一步细化研究,也要关注社会现实,针对大学生成长与发展中的现实问题进一步深化研究。
This paper analyzes literature about the employability of college students from CNKI in the past ten years from 2010 to 2020.It is found that the current research on the employability of college students continues to deepen,its connotation,constituent elements and influencing factors are continuously enriched and developed,and the evaluation system extends to more refined and diversified.It shows that this topic focuses more on the specific groups and the research perspectives are broadening.Besides,this research field uses more quantitative research methods than qualitative research methods,and it actively responds to national policies and current hot topics.Focusing on the research on the employability of college students is not only to face and reflect on the current employment problems,but also to promote the development of college students and strengthen their core competence to cope with the changing external environment.Research in the future should not only pay attention to group differences,promote the development of students by classification,but also keep eye to social reality and deal with the practical problems in the development process of college students.
