摘要
目的探讨综合康复护理干预对血液透析(血透)动静脉内瘘术后患者并发症的影响。方法60例血液透析动静脉内瘘术患者,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施综合康复护理。比较两组护理前后抑郁、焦虑情绪评分及护理满意度、内瘘术后并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于护理前,且实验组SAS评分(35.45±1.23)分和SDS评分(34.65±0.21)分均显著低于对照组的(47.31±2.03)、(48.45±2.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度评分为(95.30±3.27)分,高于对照组的(85.21±2.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组内瘘术后并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析动静脉内瘘术后对患者实施综合康复护理干预效果确切,可有效提高患者满意度,减少内瘘术后并发症发生率。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 60 cases of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula were divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The depression and anxiety scores before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of this group before nursing,and the SAS score(35.45±1.23)points and SDS score(34.65±0.21)points of the experimental group were significantly lower than(47.31±2.03)and(48.45±2.12)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was(95.30±3.27)points,which was higher than(85.21±2.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention has definite effect on hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula,and can effectively improve patient satisfaction and reduce the postoperative complications.
