摘要
目的探讨舒缓疗护模式结合人生回顾干预对癌症晚期患者应对方式、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月收治的70例晚期癌症患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用舒缓疗护模式结合人生回顾干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的回避、屈服评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒缓疗护模式结合人生回顾干预用于癌症晚期患者中,有助于促进患者应对方式的改变,改善其心理状态,提高生活质量,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of palliative care model combined with life review intervention on coping style,mental state and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 70 patients with advanced cancer admitted from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received palliative care model combined with life review intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of avoidance and yield in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the facing score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of emotional function,role function,cognitive function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Palliative care model combined with life review intervention for patients with advanced cancer can help promote the change of coping style,improve psychological state and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
