摘要
目的:分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者照顾者生存质量与家庭功能的相关性。方法:选取某市三甲医院的190例老年COPD患者的家庭照顾者作为研究对象,分别调查患者照顾者的护理负担、社会支持、家庭功能、生存质量和基础资料。分析患者照顾者基础资料和不同护理负担、社会支持、生存质量与家庭功能之间的关系。结果:不同性别照顾者生存质量评分相同,差异有统计学意义(t=0.715,P>0.05),但不同年龄、文化程度、协助者、经济情况和医疗支付方式生存质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=19.687、26.049、40.847、34.192、38.534,P<0.05)。不同护理负担、社会支持、生存质量和家庭功能患者的生存质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=43.013、30.873、41.624,P<0.05)。老年COPD患者照顾者生存质量与护理负担呈负相关(r=-0.711,P<0.05),与社会支持和家庭功能呈正相关(r=0.865、0.828,P<0.05)。结论:影响老年COPD患者照顾者的生存质量因素较多,包括家庭功能、社会支持和护理负担,积极处理这些因素有利于提升患者生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the quality of life and family functions of the caregivers of elderly chronic obstructive lung disease(COPD)patients.Methods:A total of 190 family caregivers of elderly COPD patients in a city’s GradeⅢLevel A hospital were selected as the research subjects.The nursing burden,social support,family function,quality of life and basic data of the patients’caregivers were investigated respectively.The patients’caregiver profile and the relationship between different care burdens,social support,quality of life and family functioning were analyzed.Results:The quality of life scores of caregivers of different genders were the same,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.715,P>0.05).However,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of quality of life among different ages,educational levels,helpers,economic conditions and medical payment methods(t=19.687,26.049,40.847,34.192,38.534,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of quality of life among patients with different nursing burdens,social support,quality of life and family function(t=43.013,30.873,41.624,P<0.05).The quality of life of caregivers of elderly COPD patients was negatively correlated with nursing burden(r=-0.711,P<0.05),and positively correlated with social support and family function(r=0.865,0.828,P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors affecting the quality of life of caregivers of elderly COPD patients,including family function,social support and nursing burden.Actively dealing with these factors will help improve the quality of life of patients.
