基于疾病全程管理的需求式健康教育在颈椎病患者护理干预中的应用观察 被引量:2

Application Observation of Demand-based Health Education Based on Whole-course Disease Management in Nursing Intervention for Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

摘要 目的:探讨基于疾病全程管理的需求式健康教育在颈椎病患者护理干预中的应用观察。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年7月驻马店市中心医院收治的92例颈椎病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各46例。对照组采用传统健康教育方案。观察组采用基于疾病的全程管理的需求式健康教育方案。比较两组患者的康复护理项目掌握程度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及颈椎疼痛程度。结果:护理干预后,观察组各项康复护理技能掌握准确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.443、7.181、3.903,P<0.05)。观察组的SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.753,P<0.05)。观察组颈椎疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.445、7.393,P<0.05)。结论:基于疾病全程管理的需求式健康教育在颈椎病患者护理干预中的应用效果显著。患者参与治疗的基本动力是需要,也是患者产生积极性的源泉,健康教育人员进行满足患者需求的护理干预,在规范化的基础上提供个性化的治疗,提高患者的满足感,降低失落感和异常感,有利于患者的病情好转,减轻焦虑。 Objective:To explore the application of demand-based health education based on whole-course disease management in nursing intervention of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 92 patients with cervical spondylosis who were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional health education program.The observation group adopted a demand-based health education program based on disease-based whole-process management.The degree of mastery of rehabilitation nursing items,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and the degree of cervical pain were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the accuracy rate of various rehabilitation nursing skills in the observation group was as high as 80%and higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.443,7.181,3.903,P<0.05).The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=5.753,P<0.05).The degree of cervical spine pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=5.4457.393,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of demand-based health education based on the whole course of disease management in the nursing intervention of patients with cervical spondylosis is remarkable.The basic motivation for patients to participate in treatment is the need,and it is also the source of the patients’enthusiasm.Health educators carry out nursing interventions that meet the needs of patients,provide personalized treatment on the basis of standardization,improve patients’satisfaction,reduce sense of loss and abnormality,and help patients improve their condition and reduce anxiety.
