摘要
企业文化是企业生存与发展过程中的经验总结和领导风格的综合产物。随着经济的发展和时代的进步,市场环境越来越复杂,为促进企业的持续健康发展,企业文化的重要性愈来愈凸显。在新时代的背景下,企业要发挥企业文化的积极作用,加快企业文化和党建政工工作的相互融合和相互促进,以此来提高党建政工工作的质量。论文阐述了企业文化与党建政工二者之间的关系,分析了企业文化对党建政工的促进作用,并探讨了促进党建政工工作开展的策略,以供其他相关人员借鉴。
