摘要
激光加工技术以其清洁高效、自动化程度高、加工过程方便易控制等突出的优势,目前已成为加工微织构的首选方式。在加工过程中,激光参数是影响微织构尺寸参数和形貌的重要因素。采用激光技术在硬质合金刀具表面加工微织构,分析并揭示了激光功率和扫描速度对微织构的尺寸和形貌的影响机制,进而确定了加工微织构的最优激光参数。
Laser processing technology has become the first choice for micro texture processing due to its advantages of high efficiency, high automation and easy to control. In the processing, laser parameters are important factors that affecting the size parameters and morphology of micro texture. Laser technology was used to process micro texture on the surface of cemented carbide tool. The influence of laser power and scanning speed on the size and morphology of micro texture was analyzed and revealed, and the optimal parameters of micro texture processing were determined.
