摘要
化学实验室是开展科研工作的重要阵地,化学实验室突发问题的产生,不仅制约着化学实验室作用的发挥,还容易造成人员伤亡与经济损失。在对化学实验工作中面临的突发问题进行分析与论述的基础上,对其应对策略进行了研究与探讨,提出了化学实验室管理工作需要引入全过程化的管理理念,建立预警机制,强化常态化管理,这是确保化学实验室突发问题应对工作得以及时有效开展的关键。
The chemical laboratory is an important position for scientific research.The emergence of unexpected problems in the chemical laboratory not only restricts the role of the chemical laboratory,but also easily causes casualties and economic losses.Based on the analysis and discussion of the emergent problems faced in chemical experiment work,this article researches and discusses its response strategies,and proposes that the management of chemical laboratories needs to introduce a full-process management concept and establish an early warning mechanism.Strengthening normal management is the key to ensuring that the chemical laboratory’s response to emergencies can be carried out in a timely and effective manner.
