摘要
研究了不同粉煤灰取代率对低强再生碎砖混凝土抗冻融、抗渗性和抗碳化性能等耐久性的影响。研究结果表明:按照碎砖的90%饱和吸水率进行低强再生碎砖混凝土配合比设计时,随着粉煤灰取代率的增加,低强再生碎砖混凝土的抗渗性能先升高然后有所下降,但均可达到W2及以上级别,抗渗性能满足规范要求;在-17℃~-8℃的冻融条件下,粉煤灰取代率为20%的低强再生碎砖混凝土具有良好的抗冻融性能;低强再生碎砖混凝土的抗碳化性能随粉煤灰取代率的增加先缓慢衰减然后快速下降。根据耐久性试验结果,优选出低强再生碎砖混凝土的最佳配合比为RC10F20,认为将其应用于农田水利设施是基本可行的。
The effects of different fly ash replacement rates on freeze-thaw resistance, impermeability and carbonation resistance of low strength recycled crushed brick concrete were studied.The results show that the impermeability of low strength recycled brick concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of fly ash replacement rate when the mixture design is carried out according to 90% saturated water absorption of broken brick.However, the impermeability of low strength recycled brick concrete can reach the level of W2 or above and meet the requirements of the specification.Under the freezing-thawing condition of-17℃~-8℃,the low strength recycled crushed brick concrete with 20% replacement rate of fly ash has good freezing-thawing resistance.With the increase of fly ash replacement rate, the carbonation resistance of low strength recycled crushed brick concrete decreases slowly first and then rapidly.According to the results of durability test, the optimal mixture ratio of low strength recycled broken brick concrete is RC10 F20,which is considered to be feasible to be applied to irrigation and water conservancy facilities.
