摘要
随着信息化教育的不断发展,部分高校教师在师生关系、教育教学及自我定位方面产生了不同程度的思想认识偏差,对自我角色定位不够清晰准确,这不仅阻碍了自身和学生的成长,也严重影响了高校教育教学质量。文章分析教育信息化的特点及其价值,剖析教育信息化背景下高校教师角色迷失现状,并探索教育信息化对高校教师的角色定位要求,以期为高校教师提供借鉴和参考,使其成为新时代优秀的教书匠和引路人。
With the continuous development of information education,some college teachers have different degrees of ideological and cognitive deviation in the relationship between teachers and students,education and teaching and self positioning,and their self role positioning is not clear and accurate,which not only hinders the growth of themselves and students,but also seriously affects the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the characteristics and value of educational informatization,analyzes the current situation of college teachers'role loss under the background of educational informatization,and explores the role positioning requirements of educational informatization for college teachers,in order to provide reference and reference for college teachers and make them become excellent teachers and guides in the new era.
