摘要
目的:探讨用低分子肝素联合硫酸镁、拉贝洛尔对早发型重度子痫前期(EOSP)患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将54例EOSP患者随机分为对照组和观察组。采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔对对照组患者进行治疗,采用低分子肝素联合硫酸镁、拉贝洛尔对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者血管内皮因子的水平、血压及妊娠结局。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清血管细胞黏附分子-1、E选择素的水平、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者中经剖宫产手术分娩患者的占比、发生早产、胎儿窘迫、胎盘早剥及新生儿窒息患者的占比均较低,P<0.05。两组患者中发生产后出血患者的占比相比,P>0.05。结论:采用低分子肝素联合硫酸镁、拉贝洛尔对EOSP患者进行治疗的效果确切,治疗后其血管内皮因子的水平及血压均较低,其不良妊娠结局的发生率也较低。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with magnesium sulfate and labelol in the treatment of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia(EOSP).Methods:54 patients with EOSP were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with magnesium sulfate combined with labelol,and patients in observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with magnesium sulfate and labelol.After treatment,vascular endothelial factor levels,blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the serum levels of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 and e-selectin,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the proportion of patients with cesarean delivery,preterm delivery,fetal distress,placental abruption and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower,P<0.05.The proportion of patients with postpartum hemorrhage in the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin combined with magnesium sulfate and labetalol has a definite effect on EOSP patients.After treatment,the level of vascular endothelial factor and blood pressure are lower,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes is also lower.
