摘要
以8种鸢尾属植物为试验材料,采用盆栽自然持续控水,设置0 d(田间持水量的80%~85%)、7 d(田间持水量的70%~75%)、14 d(田间持水量的60%~65%)、21 d(田间持水量的40%~45%)和28 d(田间持水量的20%~25%)等5个干旱处理,基于主成分分析结合隶属函数值对参试鸢尾进行抗旱性综合评价。结果表明,与对照相比,处理28 d时多数鸢尾的叶长、叶鲜重和干重均有不同程度减少,且叶鲜重下降显著。土壤干旱对鸢尾生长指标影响表现为:叶鲜重、叶长、叶干重;干旱胁迫下,不同抗旱指标所反映鸢尾属植物的抗旱性结果不同,且部分指标之间呈显著相关;抗旱性综合评价结果表明,扁竹花、德国鸢尾、蝴蝶花抗旱能力较强。细胞膜透性(CMP)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性可作为鸢尾属植物抗旱性的重要筛选指标。研究表明,当土壤含水量为田间持水量的60%~65%时,抗旱能力较强的扁竹花、德国鸢尾和蝴蝶花生理状况较好。因此,3种鸢尾在园林应用时可将灌水量控制在田间持水量的60%~65%,以达到节水栽培的目的。
In this paper,eight species of Iris plants were used as experimental materials,and the pot culture was executed to control water naturally and continuously.Five drought treatments were set for 0 d(80%to 85%of field water capacity),7 d(70%to 75%of field water capacity),14 d(60%to 65%of field water capacity),21 d(40%to 45%of field water capacity)and 28 d(20%to 25%of field water capacity).The comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of Iris plants was carried out based on principal component analysis and membership function value.The results showed that the leaf length,fresh leaf weight and dry leaf weight of most Irises plants decreased to varying degrees at 28 d while the fresh leaf weight decreased significantly,compared with the control.And,the effects of soil drought on growth indexes of Iris plants were as follows leaf fresh weight>leaf length>leaf dry weight.The results of drought resistance of Iris plants were different with different drought resistance indexes under drought stress,and part of indexes showed significant correlation.The results of comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance showed that the drought resistance ability of Iris tectorum(No.4),Iris germanica(No.7)and Iris japonica(No.8)were stronger.Cell membrane permeability(CMP),peroxidase(POD)activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity could be important screening indexes for drought resistance of Iris plants.The results showed that the physiological conditions of the I.tectorum,I.germanica and I.japonica with strong drought resistance were better while the soil water content was 60%-65%of the field water capacity.Therefore,the irrigation amount could be controlled at 60%-65%of the field water capacity while the three kinds of Iris plants were applied in gardens,so as to achieve the purpose of water-saving cultivation.
