T-scan系统结合数字化模型测量牙根纵裂患者咬合力分布的价值

Value of T-scan system combined with digital model in measuring bite force distribution of patients with longitudinal root fracture

摘要 目的探讨T-scan系统结合数字化模型测量牙根纵裂患者咬合力分布的临床价值。方法选择2020年1-12月本院收治的牙根纵裂患者57例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(28例)和对照组(29例)两组。观察组先行数字化模型测量,并结合T-scan咬合检查结果制定诊疗方案;对照组仅行数字化模型测量指导治疗。其中数字化模型测量和模型扫描,比较两组[牙合]力中心点分布情况,两组干预后咬合分离时间、[牙合]力及接触点测量值,比较两组干预后同名牙[牙合]力百分比、双侧[牙合]力百分比及[牙合]力不对称指数,统计两组干预后患牙功能及症状变化情况。结果观察组[牙合]力中心点分布于拟定点外的比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组咬合分离时间小于对照组(P<0.05),[牙合]力大于对照组(P<0.05),接触点测量值小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后同名牙[牙合]力百分比和双侧[牙合]力百分比大于对照组(P<0.05),[牙合]力不对称指数小于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组患者松动分级低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患牙自觉临床症状及行使功能得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对牙根纵裂患者,先行数字化模型测量,并结合T-scan咬合检查结果制定诊疗方案,能有效的提高患牙咬合功能,确保治疗后的牙[牙合]力,降低[牙合]力不对称指数,且术后牙松动比例较低,改善患者自觉临床症状,提高牙行使功能,从而确保临床治疗效果。 Objective To explore the clinical value of T-scan system combined with digital model in measuring bite force distribution of patients with longitudinal root fracture.Methods 57 patients with longitudinal root fractures those were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(28 cases),digital model measurement was taken first,and the diagnosis and treatment plan was made according to the results of T-scan bite examination,while in the control group(29 cases)only digital model measurement was used to guide the treatment.Then the digital model measurement and model scanning were used to compare the center distribution of occlusal force between the two groups,the occlusal separation time,occlusal force and contact points after intervention,the occlusal force percentage,bilateral occlusal force percentage and occlusal force asymmetry index of the two groups after intervention,and the changes of affected teethfunctions and symptoms after intervention were counted.Results The ratio of the center point of occlusal force distributed outside the proposed point in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The occlusal separation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),The occlusal force was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The measured value of contact point was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the percentage of occlusal force and bilateral occlusal force in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Asymmetric index of occlusal force was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the loosening grade of patients in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of conscious clinical symptoms and exercise function of the affected teeth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients
